Clobetasone

Indications:
Corticosteroid; Used in treating skin inflammation as seen in eczema, psoriasis and other forms of dermatitis, and ophthalmology

Dosage:
Adult – Apply on affected area thrice a day

Mechanism of Action:
Act by the induction of phospholipase A2 inhibitory proteins, collectively called lipocortins

Side Effects:
Burning sensation, thinning skin

Molecular Structure:
CLOBETASONE
